This is basic knowledge for now that I can find until I get some true dragon grimoires to get true facts:
Planes of Existance/Realms of Existance
The terms Realm and Plane are used interchangably on this page. As far as we can tell there are 7 Planes of Existance. They are:
Ultimate Plane
Spiritual Plane
Mental Plane
Astral Plane
Elemental Plane
Physical Plane

Ultimate Plane
The only thing that can be said about this one is thios is the realm that is to be achieved in the end.

Divine Plane
Realm where aii deities exist, New or old. It is believed that past deities that have been forgotten lie dorment here, waiting to be reawakened.

Spiritual Plane
Believed to be the realm where the deceased from the physical realm dwell, waiting to be reborn into this realm through Reincarnation.

Mental Plane
Meditation and deep thoughts are believed to roam around in this dimention.

Astral Plane
This is the next closest realm to the one we are living in. Most people visit this realm on an almost nightly basis. Ever had a dream that feels way too real? Or the "deja-vu" feeling? Chances are you have done some Astral Traveling/Projection.
